맛있는 음식도 많이 드시고, 혹 소화 안돼시는 분들이있으실거 같아서 한번적어봤습니다.
발목 가운데 5초간 10회 누르길
한의원에서 흔히 보는 증상이 소화불량이다. 그러나 같은 소화불량이라도 원인을 살펴보면 네 가지로 분류할 수 있다.
첫째가 과식.폭식에 의한 것이다. 일시적으로 체한 상태로 손을 따거나 소화제만 먹어도 금방 체기가 내려간다. 이마 쪽 앞머리가 아프기도 한다.
둘째, 성격이 소심하고 내성적인 사람에게 많다. 소화가 잘 되다가도 화나는 일이 있거나 잔소리를 들으면 체한다. 위장기능이 선천적으로 약해 평소 음식을 가려먹고, 소식한다. 배를 따뜻하게 하거나 만져주면 트림이 나오며 좋아진다.
셋째, 만성 소화불량이다. 과로하거나 스트레스를 많이 받는 사람에게 많다. 과로나 스트레스로 간이 상하면 위장 근육이 긴장을 한다. 복부를 만져보면 복근이 긴장해 딱딱하다. 신트림이 잦고, 찬 음식을 먹으면 배가 아프거나 설사를 한다.
넷째, 조금만 먹어도 배가 빵빵한 경우다. 배에 가스가 찬 기분이 들고, 더부룩하다면 기 소통이 잘 되지 않아 생긴 병이다. 이를 한의학에서는 삼초 중 중초에 병이 든 것으로 본다.
^호일침 자극요법=① 7-A: 바늘로 엄지손톱 아래 안쪽을 따면 식체와 함께 열이 떨어진다. ② 9-E: 신경을 쓰면 체하는 경우에 효과적이다. 무릎을 굽혔을 때, 안쪽 옴폭 들어간 자리다. ③ 6-D: 만성 소화불량이 있으면서 몸이 찬 사람에 좋다. 발목을 굽혔을 때 주름진 곳의 정중앙쯤이다. ④ 1-B: 엄지발가락과 두 번째 발가락이 만나는 부분.
^자극 방법=끝이 뾰족한 자극기로 5초간 지그시 눌러주기를 10회 정도 반복. 9-E 자리는 상체 쪽으로 자극기를 세우고, 1-B의 경우는 피부에 직각으로 세워 누르면 된다. 30초 내외
^음식요법= 마.무.밤.귤 껍질을 준비한다. ① 마 껍질을 벗겨 적당한 크기로 썰어 프라이팬에 살짝 구워 식사시 반찬 대용으로 먹는다. ② 무를 강판에 갈아 그 즙에 꿀을 타서 마신다. ③ 그늘에서 말린 귤 껍질을 썰어 보리차처럼 달여 꿀이나 설탕을 넣어 마신다.
